PMU Inorganic/Biodegradable Materials

PMU materials have been widely used in various fields, such as cosmetics packaging, food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, daily chemical packaging, etc. PMU materials are mainly composed of about 60% inorganic substances (such as calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, barium powder, etc.), about 35% physically treated PMU polymers, and 5% additives synthesized through physical synthesis. It has various excellent characteristics, such as being naturally degradable and able to degrade according to standards in anaerobic environments buried in natural soil. Its production process is clean and environmentally friendly, without discharging wastewater, exhaust gas, or waste residue, and can effectively save energy and reduce carbon emissions. Compared with traditional plastics, the carbon reduction can reach about 75%. In addition, PMU materials are recyclable, reusable, cleanable, and non-toxic for incineration.
